Our return policy is very limited intended to only allow a brief examination by the buyer. A returned book will be eligible for refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• For books shipped within the United States the return package must be postmarked within fifteen days of the date of the packing slip.  For books shipped outside of the United States the return package must be postmarked within thirty days of the date of the packing slip

• The original packing slip from ABCs of TMJ/TMD Inc. must be included in the return package.

• There can be no sign of use including, but not limited to, a broken spine, stains, tears,  scrapes, or damage of any kind to the pages, or cover.

• There can be no visible attempt, however minor, to remove the CD from its envelope, or the CD envelope from the inside of the back cover.

• There can be no damage to the book as a consequence of inadequate, or inappropriate return packaging.

The determination as to whether the returned book meets all of the above conditions and is eligible for refund shall be at the sole discretion of ABCs of TMJ/TMD, Inc. 

There will be no refund if the order is:

• Refused

• Returned for insufficient address,

• Incorrect address

• Is unclaimed.

• A re-stocking fee of $5.00 for each book returned will be subtracted from the refund amount due.

• Shipping costs are not refundable

• Return shipping costs are not refundable
